Divas don't knit

by Gil McNeil

The story involves a young widow and her two young sons moving to a small seaside town after the death of her husband. She takes over the running of her grandmothers wool shop and the "goings on" at the shop and friends and neighbours. It's funny and at times a little sad but was very easy to read. I am waiting for the sequel which is out in 2008. Cann't wait.

I would have been put off by the cover and title for this book, but having read the initial review, I gave it a go and actually found it quite good. Yes it was quite an easy read, but enjoyable.
After reading the reviews I think I will give this book a go.
I have read other books by this author and thought they were very funny, this book has somehow passed me by so I will be ordering it asap!
I have read this book, and enjoyed it so much, I have since ordered and read the authors other book. Can't wait for the new one this year..
